About Me

I am a fellow of the Institutes of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and Ireland and have a Bachelor of Commerce honours degree from University College Cork.

As a director and shareholder of my own firm, I face the very same business challenges as my clients and am focused on the measurement and improvement of our own performance.

I am heavily involved in research, product/service development, the setting of Tayabali-Tomlin strategy and forging strategic alliances.

On a day-to-day basis I oversee a large portfolio of diverse clients, meeting with them regularly and helping them and their businesses.

I previously worked as a manager in the assurance department of KPMG Guernsey, specialising in the audit of banks, trust and captive insurance companies.

How we can help small business

Whilst we do all the things you would expect from a great firm of Chartered Accountants we believe we are very different to those firms. We have as our sole commercial purpose the objective of increasing the net financial worth of our clients. We don’t see the preparation of your accounts and tax returns as our primary objective rather a statutory requirement – a necessary evil – providing no added value.

With our in-depth knowledge of accountancy and tax and experience of business we can proactively help you to grow, win more business, increase profits, lower tax bills and by working with you on a regular basis ensure you achieve business and personal goals.

Specifically, we can work with you to help identify your company’s vision and mission. We can help you set up systems to measure and improve the numbers that really matter to you and your business and work with you to develop and implement realistic business and personal strategies.
